High achievers in the 2023 NSW Production Touring Cars Championship were recognised at the annual end-of-year presentation evening, held at Wests HQ in Rooty Hill.
Off the back of a superb season behind the wheel of his BMW 1 Series, Andrew McMaster was crowned the outright champion as well as the winner of Class D.
In fact, all three of the outright championship place-getters were in Class D, with Daniel Tierney finishing runner-up and Sean Cade taking third spot.
In what was a successful night for McMaster, the newly-crowned champ also took home the Endurance Cup and the coveted Driver’s Choice Award.
The President’s Award went to Brent Howard in recognition of his tireless work behind the scenes during his time on the committee, while the Best Presented Award was received by Matt Holt, whose HSV Clubsport was always immaculately presented even despite the setback of a nasty crash at a national Production Cars round at Sandown late in 2022.
